SH15-M-50/10表(biao)示(shi)三相(xiang)(xiang)油浸自冷(leng)式(shi),雙繞組(zu)(zu)(zu)無勵(li)磁調壓(ya),非(fei)晶(jing)態合(he)(he)金鐵(tie)芯,密封(feng)式(shi),額定(ding)容量5OkVA,高(gao)壓(ya)側繞組(zu)(zu)(zu)額定(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)為lOkVA的電(dian)力三相(xiang)(xiang)變壓(ya)器(qi)。電(dian)力三相(xiang)(xiang)變壓(ya)器(qi)可(ke)以(yi)按(an)繞組(zu)(zu)(zu)藕合(he)(he)方(fang)式(shi)、相(xiang)(xiang)數、冷(leng)卻方(fang)式(shi)、繞組(zu)(zu)(zu)數、繞組(zu)(zu)(zu)導線(xian)材質和(he)調壓(ya)方(fang)式(shi)分(fen)(fen)類(lei)(lei)。但(dan)是,這種(zhong)分(fen)(fen)類(lei)(lei)還不(bu)足以(yi)表(biao)達三相(xiang)(xiang)變壓(ya)器(qi)的全(quan)部(bu)特征,所以(yi)在(zai)三相(xiang)(xiang)變壓(ya)器(qi)型(xing)號中除要把分(fen)(fen)類(lei)(lei)特征表(biao)達出來外,還需(xu)標記(ji)其額定(ding)容量和(he)高(gao)壓(ya)繞組(zu)(zu)(zu)額定(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)等級。圖2一5是電(dian)力三相(xiang)(xiang)變壓(ya)器(qi)型(xing)號的表(biao)示(shi)方(fang)式(shi)。一些新(xin)型(xing)的特殊(shu)結構的配電(dian)三相(xiang)(xiang)變壓(ya)器(qi),如(ru)非(fei)晶(jing)態合(he)(he)金鐵(tie)芯、卷(juan)繞式(shi)鐵(tie)芯和(he)密封(feng)式(shi)三相(xiang)(xiang)變壓(ya)器(qi),在(zai)型(xing)號中分(fen)(fen)別加以(yi)H、R和(he)M表(biao)示(shi)。
三(san)(san)(san)相變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)分單相和(he)三(san)(san)(san)相兩種,一般均制成(cheng)三(san)(san)(san)相三(san)(san)(san)相變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)以直(zhi)接滿足輸配電的(de)要求。小(xiao)型三(san)(san)(san)相變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)有制成(cheng)單相的(de),特大型三(san)(san)(san)相變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)做成(cheng)單相后,組成(cheng)三(san)(san)(san)相三(san)(san)(san)相變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)組,以滿足運輸的(de)要求。
三相變(bian)壓器的(de)額(e)(e)定頻率即是(shi)(shi)所設計的(de)運行頻率,我國為5OHz。額(e)(e)定電壓是(shi)(shi)指三相變(bian)壓器線電壓 (有效值),它應(ying)與(yu)所連接(jie)的(de)輸(shu)變(bian)電線路電壓相符(fu)合。我國輸(shu)變(bian)電線路的(de)電壓等級 (即線路終端(duan)電壓)為0.38、(3、6)、10、35、(63)、110、220、330、500(kV)。故連接(jie)于線路終端(duan)的(de)三相變(bian)壓器 (稱(cheng)為降壓三相變(bian)壓器)其一(yi)次側額(e)(e)定電壓與(yu)上列數值相同。
考慮線路的(de)(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降,線路始(shi)端(duan) (電源(yuan)端(duan))電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)將高(gao)于(yu)等級電壓(ya)(ya)(ya),35kV以下的(de)(de)要高(gao)5%,35kV及以上(shang)的(de)(de)高(gao)10%,即線路始(shi)端(duan)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)為0.4、(3.15、6.3)、10.5、38.5(69)、121、242、363、550(kV)。故連接于(yu)線路始(shi)端(duan)的(de)(de)三(san)相(xiang)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器 (即升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)三(san)相(xiang)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器),其(qi)二次(ci)側額定電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)與上(shang)列(lie)數值(zhi)相(xiang)同。三(san)相(xiang)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器產品系列(lie)是以高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)等級區(qu)分的(de)(de),為1OkV及以下,2OkV、35kV、(66kV)、1lOkV系列(lie)和(he)22OkV系列(lie)等。
在三相(xiang)(xiang)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)銘(ming)牌所(suo)規定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)的(de)額(e)(e)(e)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)狀態(tai)下,三相(xiang)(xiang)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)二次側(ce)的(de)輸出能力(kVA)。對于三相(xiang)(xiang)三相(xiang)(xiang)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi),額(e)(e)(e)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)容(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)是(shi)三相(xiang)(xiang)容(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)之和。三相(xiang)(xiang)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)額(e)(e)(e)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)容(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)與繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組額(e)(e)(e)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)容(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)有(you)所(suo)區別:雙繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組三相(xiang)(xiang)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)額(e)(e)(e)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)容(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)即為繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組的(de)額(e)(e)(e)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)容(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang);多(duo)繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組三相(xiang)(xiang)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)應對每個繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組的(de)額(e)(e)(e)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)容(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)加以規定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding),其額(e)(e)(e)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)容(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)為最大(da)的(de)繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組額(e)(e)(e)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)容(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang);當三相(xiang)(xiang)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)容(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)由冷卻方式而變(bian)(bian)(bian)更時,則額(e)(e)(e)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)容(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)是(shi)指最大(da)的(de)容(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)。三相(xiang)(xiang)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)額(e)(e)(e)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)容(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)的(de)大(da)小與電壓(ya)(ya)等(deng)級也是(shi)密切相(xiang)(xiang)關的(de)。電壓(ya)(ya)低、容(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)大(da)時電流大(da),損耗(hao)增(zeng)大(da);電壓(ya)(ya)高(gao)(gao)、容(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)小時絕緣比(bi)例(li)過大(da),三相(xiang)(xiang)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)尺(chi)寸相(xiang)(xiang)對增(zeng)大(da)。因此,電壓(ya)(ya)低的(de)容(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)必小,電壓(ya)(ya)高(gao)(gao)的(de)容(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)必大(da)。
三相變(bian)壓器的(de)額定電(dian)流為通過繞組(zu)(zu)線(xian)端的(de)電(dian)流,即為線(xian)電(dian)流 (有效值)。它的(de)大(da)小等于繞組(zu)(zu)的(de)額定容量除以該繞組(zu)(zu)的(de)額定電(dian)壓及相應的(de)相系數 (單(dan)相為l,三相為3)。
單相三相變壓器額定電流為: 三相三相變壓器繞組為Y連接時,線電流為繞組電流;D連接時線電流等于1.732繞組電流。
星形(xing)(xing)、三角形(xing)(xing)、曲折形(xing)(xing)等聯(lian)接(jie),現在對(dui)于(yu)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)(zu)分(fen)別用符號y、D、Z表示;對(dui)于(yu)中壓(ya)(ya)和(he)(he)低壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)(zu)分(fen)別用符號y、d、z表示。有中性點引出時(shi)則(ze)分(fen)別用符號YN、ZN和(he)(he)yn、zn表示。三相(xiang)變壓(ya)(ya)器按高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)、中壓(ya)(ya)和(he)(he)低壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)(zu)聯(lian)接(jie)的順序組(zu)(zu)合起(qi)來(lai)就是繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)(zu)的聯(lian)接(jie)組(zu)(zu),例如(ru):三相(xiang)變壓(ya)(ya)器按高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)為(wei)D、低壓(ya)(ya)為(wei)yn聯(lian)接(jie),則(ze)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)(zu)聯(lian)接(jie)組(zu)(zu)為(wei)Dyn(Dyn11);
三相變壓器接在電網上運行時,三相變壓器二次側電壓將由于種種原因發生變化,影響用電設備的工常運行。因此三相變壓器應具備一定的調壓能力。根據三相變壓器的工作原理,當高、低壓繞組的匝數比變化時,三相變壓器二次側電壓也隨之變動,采用改變三相變壓器匝數比即可達到調壓的目的。三相變壓器調壓方式通常分為無勵磁調壓和有載調壓兩種方式。當二次側不帶負載,一次側又與電網斷開時的調壓為無勵磁調壓,在二次側帶負載下的調壓為有載調壓。 當(dang)三(san)相變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)二次繞組開路,一(yi)次繞組施加額定頻率(lv)的(de)(de)額定電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)時(shi),一(yi)次繞組中(zhong)所(suo)流過的(de)(de)電(dian)流稱(cheng)空載電(dian)流I0, 三(san)相變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)空載合閘時(shi)有較大的(de)(de)沖擊電(dian)流。當(dang)三(san)相變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)二次側短路,一(yi)次側施加電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)使其(qi)電(dian)流達(da)到(dao)額定值,此時(shi)所(suo)施加的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)稱(cheng)為(wei)(wei)阻抗(kang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)UZ,三(san)相變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)從(cong)電(dian)源吸取(qu)的(de)(de)功率(lv)即為(wei)(wei)短路損耗。以(yi)阻抗(kang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)與額定電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)UN之比的(de)(de)百分數表(biao)示。
三相(xiang)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)負(fu)(fu)載運行時,由于三相(xiang)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)內(nei)部的(de)(de)(de)阻抗壓(ya)(ya)降(jiang),二次(ci)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)將(jiang)隨負(fu)(fu)載電(dian)流和負(fu)(fu)載功(gong)率(lv)因數的(de)(de)(de)改變(bian)而改變(bian)。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)調整率(lv)即(ji)說(shuo)明(ming)三相(xiang)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)二次(ci)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)變(bian)化的(de)(de)(de)程度大小,為(wei)衡量三相(xiang)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)供(gong)電(dian)質(zhi)量的(de)(de)(de)數據,其定(ding)義(yi)為(wei):在給定(ding)負(fu)(fu)載功(gong)率(lv)因數下 (一(yi)般取0.8)二次(ci)空載電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)U2N和二次(ci)負(fu)(fu)載電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)U2之差與(yu)二次(ci)額定(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)U2N的(de)(de)(de)比。三相(xiang)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)效(xiao)(xiao)率(lv)η為(wei)輸(shu)出的(de)(de)(de)有(you)功(gong)功(gong)率(lv)與(yu)輸(shu)入的(de)(de)(de)有(you)功(gong)功(gong)率(lv)之比的(de)(de)(de)百分數。通常中小型三相(xiang)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)效(xiao)(xiao)率(lv)約為(wei)90%以上,大型三相(xiang)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)效(xiao)(xiao)率(lv)在95%以上。
三(san)相變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)溫(wen)(wen)升(sheng),對(dui)于(yu)(yu)(yu)空(kong)氣冷(leng)(leng)卻三(san)相變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)是(shi)指測量部位的(de)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)與冷(leng)(leng)卻空(kong)氣溫(wen)(wen)度(du)之差(cha)(cha);對(dui)于(yu)(yu)(yu)水冷(leng)(leng)卻三(san)相變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)是(shi)指測量部位的(de)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)與冷(leng)(leng)卻器(qi)(qi)(qi)入口處水溫(wen)(wen)之差(cha)(cha)。油(you)浸(jin)式(shi)三(san)相變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)繞組和頂(ding)層油(you)溫(wen)(wen)升(sheng)限(xian)值:因為A級絕緣在980C時產生(sheng)的(de)絕緣損壞為正常(chang)損壞,而(er)保(bao)證三(san)相變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)正常(chang)壽命的(de)年平均氣溫(wen)(wen)是(shi)2O0C,繞組最熱點與其平均溫(wen)(wen)度(du)之差(cha)(cha)為130C,所(suo)以繞組溫(wen)(wen)升(sheng)限(xian)值為98-20-13二65K。油(you)正常(chang)運行(xing)的(de)最高溫(wen)(wen)度(du)為950C,最高氣溫(wen)(wen)為400C,所(suo)以頂(ding)層油(you)溫(wen)(wen)升(sheng)限(xian)值為95-40=55K。(2)冷(leng)(leng)卻方式(shi) 三(san)相變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)冷(leng)(leng)卻方式(shi)有多種(zhong),如干式(shi)自冷(leng)(leng)、油(you)浸(jin)風冷(leng)(leng)等,各種(zhong)方式(shi)適用于(yu)(yu)(yu)不(bu)同種(zhong)類的(de)三(san)相變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)。 ![]()
