    2013年2月26日,山(shan)東聊城變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)有限公(gong)司在(zai)對(dui)1號機組(zu)(zu)c相SGB11-RL三維立體(ti)卷鐵芯干(gan)式變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)進行內部(bu)檢(jian)查時(第一次換料大修期間(jian)),發現變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)旁扼(e)鐵心(xin)藍色綁(bang)扎帶出現移位(wei)(wei),繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)圍(wei)屏綁(bang)扎帶松脫(tuo)(tuo),繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)下壓(ya)板處絕(jue)緣(yuan)墊(dian)塊(kuai)移位(wei)(wei),鐵心(xin)拉板和夾(jia)件之間(jian)的(de)兩孔絕(jue)緣(yuan)墊(dian)塊(kuai)脫(tuo)(tuo)落(luo),夾(jia)梁與側梁之間(jian)有一螺栓及其墊(dian)圈(quan)脫(tuo)(tuo)落(luo)、箱底座上有一扎絕(jue)緣(yuan)紙和鐵砂等異常(chang)現象。隨后在(zai)對(dui)A相變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)檢(jian)查中,同(tong)樣發現存在(zai)旁扼(e)鐵心(xin)藍色綁(bang)扎帶移位(wei)(wei)和一些(xie)保護紙以(yi)及繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)圍(wei)屏綁(bang)扎帶松脫(tuo)(tuo)等現象。在(zai)主變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)13相的(de)內部(bu)檢(jian)查中,除發現繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)和鐵心(xin)的(de)綁(bang)扎帶各(ge)有一根松脫(tuo)(tuo)外,還發現一個鐵心(xin)旁柱彎曲變(bian)形,彎曲距(ju)離約有90mm。
