什么叫SH15非晶合金變壓器渦流?SH15非晶合金干(gan)式變壓器(qi)渦(wo)流(liu)的(de)(de)產生(sheng)有哪些(xie)害(hai)處?當交流(liu)電(dian)流(liu)通過(guo)導線(xian)(xian)時(shi)(shi),在導線(xian)(xian)周會(hui)(hui)產生(sheng)交變的(de)(de)磁(ci)(ci)場。交變磁(ci)(ci)場中的(de)(de)整塊導體的(de)(de)內部會(hui)(hui)產生(sheng)感應電(dian)流(liu),由于這種(zhong)感應電(dian)流(liu)在整塊導體內部自成閉合回路,很象水的(de)(de)旋(xuan)渦(wo),所以稱做(zuo)渦(wo)流(liu)。 渦(wo)流(liu)不但會(hui)(hui)白白損耗電(dian)能,使用電(dian)設備效(xiao)率(lv)降低,而且會(hui)(hui)造成用電(dian)器(qi)(如變壓器(qi)鐵芯)發(fa)熱,嚴(yan)重(zhong)時(shi)(shi)將影響(xiang)設備正常運行。
SH15非晶合金變壓器投(tou)運前注(zhu)意(yi)事項(xiang) 1、檢查SH15非晶合金(jin)變壓器的CT接線方式。 2、檢查軟件CT接(jie)線方式設置與實際情況是否一致。 3、檢查保護投退、整定(ding)值輸(shu)入是否正確。 4、檢(jian)查保護壓板(ban)是否投入。 5、裝置工作是否正常。 6、保護、遠(yuan)動(dong)、運行人員口令投入(ru)。 7、將裝置校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時,在本單元“時鐘(zhong)”菜單中進行校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時,以便準確記(ji)錄事件發生時間,或通過(guo)(guo)通信管理單元時鐘(zhong)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時,或通過(guo)(guo)主站或當地監控校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時。 8、用“系統復歸”清除試驗時(shi)的各(ge)種記錄。

SH15非晶合金變壓(ya)器繞(rao)(rao)線(xian)(xian)機在繞(rao)(rao)制繞(rao)(rao)組過程中,要經常停車調整或給繞(rao)(rao)組鋪設(she)層(ceng)間(jian)絕緣(yuan)(yuan),為方(fang)便繞(rao)(rao)制時加電(dian)纜(lan)紙,系(xi)統設(she)有卷取(qu)和(he)排線(xian)(xian)點動,操作者可(ke)以(yi)對(dui)線(xian)(xian)頭進行手(shou)工處(chu)理。線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)的總(zong)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)包括線(xian)(xian)匝(za)間(jian)、層(ceng)間(jian)和(he)線(xian)(xian)段之間(jian)的絕緣(yuan)(yuan).35kV級及(ji)以(yi)下的圓筒式線(xian)(xian)圈(quan),層(ceng)間(jian)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)的張(zhang)數按線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)兩層(ceng)間(jian)最(zui)大工作電(dian)壓(ya)選取(qu),最(zui)少為2張(zhang)0.12mm的電(dian)纜(lan)紙;匝(za)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)為0.45mm,靜電(dian)屏層(ceng)間(jian)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)為0.12mm電(dian)纜(lan)紙4層(ceng).
繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)是(shi)SH15非晶合金變壓器的電路部分,一般用(yong)絕緣紙包的鋁線(xian)或(huo)銅(tong)線(xian)燒(shao)制而成。根據高(gao)、低(di)壓繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)排列方(fang)式的不同(tong),繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)分為同(tong)心(xin)式和交疊式兩種(zhong)。對于同(tong)心(xin)式繞(rao)(rao)組(zu),為了便于繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)和鐵(tie)芯絕緣,通(tong)常(chang)將低(di)壓繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)靠近鐵(tie)芯柱。對于交疊式繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)。為了減小絕緣距離,通(tong)常(chang)將低(di)壓繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)靠近鐵(tie)扼。
SH15非晶合金變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)內部主要絕緣材料有變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)油(you)、絕緣紙板(ban)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜紙、皺紋紙等。為了供給穩定的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)、控(kong)制電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力潮流(liu)(liu)或調(diao)(diao)(diao)節負(fu)載(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu),均需對(dui)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)進(jin)行電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)調(diao)(diao)(diao)整(zheng)。目前(qian),變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)調(diao)(diao)(diao)整(zheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)方(fang)法(fa)是在其某一(yi)(yi)側繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)上(shang)設置(zhi)分接(jie)(jie)(jie),以(yi)切除或增加一(yi)(yi)部分繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)的(de)線匝,以(yi)改變(bian)(bian)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)的(de)匝數,從(cong)而達到改變(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)比的(de)有級調(diao)(diao)(diao)整(zheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)方(fang)法(fa)。這種繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)抽出分接(jie)(jie)(jie)以(yi)供調(diao)(diao)(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu),稱(cheng)為調(diao)(diao)(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu);變(bian)(bian)換分接(jie)(jie)(jie)以(yi)進(jin)行調(diao)(diao)(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)所采用(yong)的(de)開(kai)(kai)關,稱(cheng)為分接(jie)(jie)(jie)開(kai)(kai)關。一(yi)(yi)般情(qing)況下是在高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)上(shang)抽出適(shi)當的(de)分接(jie)(jie)(jie)。這是因為高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)一(yi)(yi)則常(chang)套在外面。引(yin)出分接(jie)(jie)(jie)方(fang)便;二則高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)小,分接(jie)(jie)(jie)引(yin)線和分接(jie)(jie)(jie)開(kai)(kai)關的(de)載(zai)流(liu)(liu)部分截面小,開(kai)(kai)關接(jie)(jie)(jie)觸(chu)觸(chu)頭也較容(rong)易制造。
在SH15非晶(jing)合金變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)TT,TN接(jie)地(di)(di)M式中,其變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)中性點(dian)的(de)接(jie)地(di)(di)應該(gai)在低(di)壓(ya)配電(dian)電(dian)源系統(tong)的(de)進(jin)線(xian)(xian)屏內實施(shi),即由(you)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)中性點(dian)配出(chu)與相(xiang)(xiang)線(xian)(xian)同材質,相(xiang)(xiang)同截面(mian)或(huo)小(xiao)一級截面(mian)的(de)母(mu)排,至(zhi)(zhi)系統(tong)的(de)進(jin)線(xian)(xian)屏,再根據(ju)其接(jie)地(di)(di)型式的(de)不(bu)同而進(jin)行接(jie)地(di)(di)。顯然,在三(san)相(xiang)(xiang)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)內的(de)三(san)個(ge)(ge)二次側繞組的(de)結(jie)合點(dian)經變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)相(xiang)(xiang)應出(chu)線(xian)(xian)套管引(yin)至(zhi)(zhi)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)上的(de)中性端(duan)子(zi)。由(you)該(gai)中性端(duan)子(zi)至(zhi)(zhi)進(jin)線(xian)(xian)屏內的(de)這段(duan)母(mu)線(xian)(xian)是(shi)中性端(duan)子(zi)或(huo)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)三(san)個(ge)(ge)繞組結(jie)合點(dian)的(de)延伸(shen),該(gai)線(xian)(xian)路既通(tong)過(guo)三(san)相(xiang)(xiang)不(bu)平衡電(dian)流也(ye)通(tong)過(guo)接(jie)地(di)(di)故障電(dian)流(剩余電(dian)流)即為PEN線(xian)(xian),現時設計,變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)至(zhi)(zhi)進(jin)線(xian)(xian)屏的(de)距離一般均不(bu)會很長,且(qie)該(gai)段(duan)母(mu)線(xian)(xian)相(xiang)(xiang)對截面(mian)均不(bu)小(xiao),故其阻抗(kang)可(ke)忽略不(bu)計,故低(di)壓(ya)電(dian)源系統(tong)工作接(jie)地(di)(di)可(ke)在進(jin)線(xian)(xian)屏內進(jin)行。
