我廠生產的油浸式三相非晶合金變壓器可以按繞組藕合方式、相數、冷卻方式、繞組數、繞組導線材質和調壓方式分類。但是,這種分類還不足以表達油浸式三相非晶合金變壓器的全部特征,所以在變壓器型號中除要把分類特征表達出來外,還需標記其額定容量和高壓繞組額定電壓等級。下方的圖(最下方)是油浸式三相非晶合金變壓器型號的表示方式。一些新型的特殊結構的干式變壓(ya)器,如(ru)非晶態合(he)金(jin)鐵芯、卷(juan)繞式鐵芯和密封式變壓器,在型號中分別加以H、R和M表示。
例如:SFZ-10000/110表示三相自然循環風冷有(you)載調壓,額(e)定(ding)容量為10000kVA,高壓繞組(zu)額(e)定(ding)電壓1lOkV電力變壓器。 S9-160/10表(biao)示三(san)相(xiang)油浸自憐式,雙(shuang)繞組(zu)無(wu)勵磁調壓(ya),額定(ding)容量l60kVA,高壓(ya)側繞組(zu)額定(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)為lOkV電(dian)力變壓(ya)器。 SC8-315/10表示三(san)相干式澆注(zhu)絕緣(yuan),雙繞組無勵磁(ci)調壓(ya)(ya)(ya),額定(ding)容量315kVA,高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側繞組額定(ding)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)為(wei)lOkV電力變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器。 S11-M(R)-100/10表示(shi)三相油(you)浸自冷式(shi),雙繞(rao)組無(wu)勵磁調壓(ya)(ya),卷繞(rao)式(shi)鐵(tie)芯 (圓截面),密封式(shi),額定(ding)容(rong)量(liang)l00kVA,高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側繞(rao)組額定(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)為lOkV電(dian)力(li)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)。 SH1l-M-50/10表(biao)示三(san)相油(you)浸自冷式,雙繞組無勵磁調壓(ya),非(fei)晶態(tai)合金鐵芯,密封(feng)式,額定(ding)容量(liang)5OkVA,高壓(ya)側(ce)繞組額定(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)為lOkVA的電(dian)力變壓(ya)器(qi)。
大(da)型(xing)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)木身(shen)質量大(da)、慣性大(da),在運(yun)輸過程中(zhong)遇到運(yun)輸設備沖(chong)(chong)(chong)撞(zhuang)時(shi)會在變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)上(shang)產生較大(da)的(de)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)擊(ji)力(li)。當沖(chong)(chong)(chong)擊(ji)加(jia)速度超過一(yi)定的(de)限值(zhi)時(shi),會造成變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)器(qi)(qi)身(shen)的(de)位移(yi)、鐵心的(de)變形,甚至(zhi)會導致變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)損(sun)壞(huai)。因此(ci),大(da)型(xing)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)運(yun)輸時(shi)均(jun)安裝沖(chong)(chong)(chong)撞(zhuang)記(ji)錄(lu)儀,以便于對運(yun)輸過程中(zhong)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)器(qi)(qi)身(shen)是否受到沖(chong)(chong)(chong)撞(zhuang)或變形的(de)狀況進行(xing)分析和評定。
