電(dian)氣測(ce)(ce)量數(shu)據分(fen)析:變壓器正常(chang)(chang)運行時,可(ke)(ke)在變壓器鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)芯(xin)外引(yin)(yin)接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)套(tao)(tao)管(guan)的(de)接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)引(yin)(yin)下(xia)線上用鉗型電(dian)流(liu)表測(ce)(ce)量引(yin)(yin)線上是否有電(dian)流(liu),正常(chang)(chang)情(qing)況下(xia)此(ci)電(dian)流(liu)很(hen)小(xiao),為mA級(ji)(一(yi)般小(xiao)于0.3A),當存在多(duo)點(dian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)時,環流(liu)上升到“A”級(ji),最大電(dian)流(liu)可(ke)(ke)達數(shu)百安培,通過測(ce)(ce)量環流(liu)便能對(dui)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)芯(xin)接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)進行判(pan)斷(duan)。當設(she)備停止運行時,斷(duan)開鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)芯(xin)引(yin)(yin)出接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)線,用2500V兆歐表對(dui)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)芯(xin)接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)套(tao)(tao)管(guan)測(ce)(ce)量絕緣電(dian)阻,如電(dian)阻值為零或與(yu)歷(li)年數(shu)據相(xiang)比(bi)較其值降低很(hen)多(duo),則表明(ming)變壓器內部可(ke)(ke)能存在鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)芯(xin)多(duo)點(dian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di),此(ci)時應正確測(ce)(ce)量各級(ji)繞組(zu)的(de)的(de)直流(liu)電(dian)阻,若各組(zu)數(shu)據未超標,且各相(xiang)之間與(yu)歷(li)次測(ce)(ce)試數(shu)據之間相(xiang)比(bi)較無明(ming)顯偏差,變化(hua)規律(lv)基(ji)本(ben)一(yi)致,則可(ke)(ke)排除故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)部位在電(dian)氣回(hui)路內,從而(er)確認主變鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)芯(xin)多(duo)點(dian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)。 ![]()
