非晶態(tai)導磁(ci)材料具有磁(ci)導率(lv)高、電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)率(lv)大和鐵損(sun)小(xiao)等(deng)優(you)點(dian),采用(yong)非晶態(tai)合(he)金(jin)作(zuo)(zuo)為鐵芯(xin)材料的配(pei)電(dian)(dian)SGB11干(gan)式變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)。其空載損(sun)耗可比同容(rong)量的硅鋼鐵芯(xin)SGB11干(gan)式變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)降(jiang)低 60%~80%,目(mu)前非晶態(tai)SGB11干(gan)式變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)容(rong)量1600kVA以下主(zhu)要作(zuo)(zuo)為配(pei)電(dian)(dian)SGB11干(gan)式變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi),用(yong)于工礦(kuang)企業、農村電(dian)(dian)網、配(pei)電(dian)(dian)系(xi)(xi)統,但由于受制(zhi)造工藝的限制(zhi),非晶態(tai)SGB11干(gan)式變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)產(chan)品目(mu)前的容(rong)量還較(jiao)小(xiao),不(bu)能(neng)作(zuo)(zuo)為電(dian)(dian)力SGB11干(gan)式變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)使用(yong)在輸變(bian)(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)系(xi)(xi)統。
根據試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)要(yao)求,應適當(dang)選擇(ze)放電(dian)(dian)量(liang)小的(de)(de)(de)支撐SGB11干式變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)容量(liang)和電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)等級,并進行必要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)容補(bu)(bu)償(chang)。電(dian)(dian)容補(bu)(bu)償(chang)的(de)(de)(de)原(yuan)則是根據勵磁(ci)電(dian)(dian)流值(zhi)(zhi)來確定的(de)(de)(de)。對一臺15000kVA/220kVSGB11干式變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)實測時,若需施加150kV試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(相對地(di)有效值(zhi)(zhi)),則可(ke)選擇(ze)支撐SGB11干式變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)參數為100kVA/50kV,此(ci)時補(bu)(bu)償(chang)電(dian)(dian)容約為0.04μF.

在確(que)認了SGB11干式(shi)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)鐵芯多點(dian)接(jie)(jie)地故(gu)障的類型后,應(ying)(ying)根據現(xian)場情(qing)況及故(gu)障類型采取(qu)應(ying)(ying)急措施,從而排除(chu)不(bu)穩定接(jie)(jie)地或限制故(gu)障的發展(zhan)。
對于(yu)不穩定接(jie)(jie)地故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang),在設備停運的情況(kuang)下,可(ke)采用電(dian)(dian)容(rong)放電(dian)(dian)沖(chong)擊法排除(chu)故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang),方(fang)法如下:如圖一(yi),將(jiang)K接(jie)(jie)于(yu)鐵(tie)(tie)芯(xin)(xin)正(zheng)常(chang)接(jie)(jie)地點(SGB11干式變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器鐵(tie)(tie)芯(xin)(xin)接(jie)(jie)地引出線斷開),利用兆歐表對電(dian)(dian)容(rong)進(jin)行充(chong)電(dian)(dian)約60S后(hou),將(jiang)刀閘開關K倒向放電(dian)(dian)回(hui)路(lu),電(dian)(dian)容(rong)對鐵(tie)(tie)芯(xin)(xin)接(jie)(jie)地故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)點放電(dian)(dian),然后(hou)測試鐵(tie)(tie)芯(xin)(xin)絕緣電(dian)(dian)阻(zu),如電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi)恢復正(zheng)常(chang)則故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)排除(chu),否則重復充(chong)放電(dian)(dian)過(guo)程幾次即可(ke)排除(chu)故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)。由于(yu)SGB11干式變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器鐵(tie)(tie)芯(xin)(xin)底部絕緣墊(dian)塊較薄,采取的沖(chong)擊電(dian)(dian)流不宜過(guo)大,避免發(fa)生擊穿。
